NW0Every two years Nationwide have produced a new range of Corporate Clothing for their 8000+ banking staff around the country, for the staff to view the collection they’ve always printed a high quality catalogue with all the details and information they need to know to place their order, the problem with this was the cost to print and deliver each brochure, for 2010 they needed a new solution.

In June 2009 we were given the opportunity to present our ideas for a new direction in presenting their clothing collection, this was to produce a digital ebrochure which would overall be a cost saving and a greener approach to printing plus the benefit of updating it anytime you want.

The aim of the ebrochure would be for staff to view the collection anytime anywhere and enjoy the experience of interacting with the brochure where they could view pop up VRs, zoom into clothing for more details and the real bonus was to use real people chosen from banking staff around the country to show how the clothing worked in various sizes, not just models in size 8.

So after being given the go ahead, we’ve spent the next 4 months designing, producing, programming and testing the ebrochure and for a job of this size all the pieces fitted perfectly into place with one smooth transition from concept to photoshoot to going live on the 23rd November 2009.

Here’s some comments from staff:

“Just thought I’d say congratulations to you and the team! The catalogue looks great and I’ve had so many people email me today to say how professional it looks!!”

“This looks fab – I like all of the interactive elements too! Good job!”

“I think the brochure looks fantastic! The technology makes it really easy to view and the clothes look great.”

“It does look really good Shelley – I like the bit on how to tie a scarf too (I’m not very good at that sort of thing…!)”

Anyway, instead of me babbling on about how excited we are about this job, why not take a look for yourself…
